We are a family run independent Letting agent established in 2003 and based in the historic village of Eynsham in West Oxfordshire. Over the years the business has grown significantly and we now have a substantial portfolio of managed property, much of it by personal recommendation.

Our membership of ARLA, TPO & TDS ensure that we maintain the high standards required of the professional bodies, and Landlords can be confident that they will receive excellent advice and guidance from us.

We encourage our staff to study for the ARLA qualifications in Residential Letting and Property Management believing that this gives them a sound understanding of the property business and keeps them up to date with the ever changing legislation affecting letting and property management.

Our dedicated team, who all live locally, have first-hand experience of being landlords or tenants and have extensive knowledge of the local community and area.

We are very experienced in property management and we like to think that we can provide practical solutions to most of the problems encountered in property management and lettings generally.

We use reliable, fully insured local contractors to carry out the property maintenance. We do not add a mark-up on the contractors’ bills - the price on the bill is the price you pay.

We are proud of our reputation for dealing fairly, cheerfully and efficiently with both landlords and tenants.

Meet the Team

Christopher Dodds
Director FNAEA MARLA

I’ve worked in lettings & sales around Oxford all my working life and have a thorough knowledge about most aspects of the property market. I deal with appraisals, most viewings, property inspections, inventories & problem solving. I like to think that if you ask me a question I know the answer (or will find it out!)

Jane Dodds
Director

I am responsible for the finances and deal with all the accounts, collect rents and pay landlords. I also manage the tenants’ deposits and disperse the funds at the end of each tenancy. If you have a query about your account I am the one to talk to!


Cindy Creasey
Office Manger MARLA

I deal with most aspects of letting from processing the tenancy application forms to drawing up the agreements, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office. Property maintenance also comes under my remit. I am currently studying for the Level 4 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management.

Belinda Herbert
Office Support

You will find me in the office on a Wednesday and Saturday. I help cover reception, offer admin support to the rest of the team and carry out viewings. I hold the ARLA level 2 qualification in Residential Letting & Property Management.

Verity Hunnisett-Brown
Lettings Administrator

I am the latest addition to the team and although I am new to the Lettings business I have extensive customer service experience. I have recently returned from Australia and I am looking forward to a new career in Estate Agency, learning all the different aspects of the business and getting to know the landlords and tenants. I am the first point of contact if you phone or call into the office.
