We are a family-run independent letting agent established in 2003 and based in Eynsham in West Oxfordshire.
Over the years the business has grown significantly and we now have a substantial portfolio of managed property, much of it by personal recommendation.
The industry has seen significant changes in recent years. The government has piled one piece of legislation on top of another making more and more demands on landlords. Penalties can be severe for landlords who breach the laws. Our staff regularly undertake continual professional development and refresher training so that landlords and tenants can be confident that we are up to date with best practice and understand complex legislative changes which regularly alter the requirements involved in residential lettings.
We are very experienced in our field and we like to think that we can provide practical solutions to most of the problems encountered in property management and lettings generally.

Meet The Team
Director FNAEA MARLA
I have worked in property for many years, initially in sales and then, about 20 years ago, specialising in rentals. I take great pride in finding the right tenant for a property and ensuring that properties are well maintained. Good communication between landlord, agent and tenant is essential for a successful tenancy.
I am responsible for the finances and deal with all the accounts, collect rents and pay landlords. I also manage the tenants’ deposits and disperse the funds at the end of each tenancy. If you have a query about your account I am the one to talk to!
Office Manager MARLA
Eight years working in the industry has given me a good understanding of all areas of residential lettings. I enjoy the diversity the job offers, whether it is dealing with an application for a property, a maintenance issue or drawing up an agreement, there is never a dull moment.
I have recently joined the team and work part-time. I am new to the industry and I am finding lettings is much more complex than I ever imagined. There is so much legislation to learn! I am looking forward to getting to know all the landlords, tenants and properties.
You will find me in the office on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I help cover reception, offer administrative support to the rest of the team and carry out viewings. I hold the ARLA Propertymark level 2 qualification in Residential Letting & Property Management.
